1. Eligibility for Returns
    • We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered.
    • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.
    • Returns must be initiated within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    • Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, opened or used spice packets cannot be returned.
    • Products damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for refund or return.
